I am in need of a programmer with experience in C# & C++, AJAX and any other langauges which may come in handy with this project.

Basically what I need done is for you to create a custom toolbar which I can put on my website for users to download.

I own an photo uploading and sharing website, so users will be able to host images directly from the toolbar.

This is how it will work:

- The user will click the "BROWSE" button on the toolbar.
- A box will appear where they can select the image that they want to upload to my site.
- They will then click the "UPLOAD" button on the toolbar which will then output a URL of the location of the image.
(All this is done on the toolbar)

All images uploaded using this toolbar will be added to my websites database. I am not quite sure how this will work so include in your bid, assistance in getting this working, bug-free.

Their is also a "SEARCH" part on this toolbar. This will be used to search for tags and usernames on my website. For example; I have a search function on my website where users can search for specific tags and usernames. This toolbar will act like that.

Ease of installing and friendly user-interface is a must.

NOTE: I do not want a toolbar from a 'toolbar builder' or anything like that, I want you to design and develop a custom toolbar which will be put onto my website for users to download.

You will assist me with getting this toolbar to work perfectly and the funds will not be released until it's working 100%.
