I need an auction website for freelancers projects something contains all the features in Ifreelance, getafreelance ...etc the following points will cover most of these features.

But the main feature I need you to be considered is to create a live instant messages for each project between the buyer and bidders , it allows the buyer to manage private conversation between him and one of the bidders , it's something like these in social websites .

One last thing I want the status of any user to be clear, if he online or offline , with simple sign like red and green or some thing like that.
