Serious bidders on set prices only. Here is my project in as simple terms as possible.

I would like to open a forum. I do not have the funds to create a forum from scratch so I am leaving it up to you which free forum to install (probably phpbb). I will provide the logo for my website (relatively simple) in which the forum colors, banner, etc. will be based off of. This must look clean and cut. Now, I will add the categories and sub-categories and what not but here is one feature I will need coded. There must be a space on top of the forum for simple searched.

For example one part of my forum will be restaurant reviews. Another part may be reviews on another subject. To pull in first time visitors I would like modules that will easily search the forum from this simple field. To people that know about programming this will search the forum and just display threads in which people have discussed the search in question. But to first time visitors who do not know they are on a phpbb forum, they think they are simply looking for a restaurant review.

That is the project fundamentals. Please bid accordingly. I am looking for a freelance developer rather than an established company (usually costs will be higher).
