Description

We would need to set up an asterisk/trixbox PBX to enable up to handle voice communications with various users in various countries using country phone numbers and distribute calls to remote call centers or localagents.

We are looking for an expert in asterisk/trixbox Pro VOIP telephony in order to set up a turnkey advanced hosted PBX and configurate following features
- Hosting and set up
- DID routing
- Multilingual IVR (depending on calling country, prompts supplied by us)
- Web Callback for websites
- Call forwarding depending on agent availability, time, language, caller, etc.
- Agent call recording
- online interface

We already have a system admin and a dedicated server

We only would consider working with experts with proven record/demos. Please serious bidders only with good knowledge of Asterisk A2billing, IVR, DID routing
