Description

I need a site with all the function of www.myfooddiary.com (do not include the forum in your price) with food database with admin area for new foods to be added. The site must have its own look but with similar simple layout. On the home page we need a presentation similar to www.mymonavie.com/luvthatjuice/index.asp (about 12 mins - we will do voice and provide pictures you will do background )
Another button will be needed with about 5 additional pages- content provided by us. Please show examples of your work as only top designers will be chosen.

We will own all code at completion

Also for those that can provide evidence of creating mlm software solution to create self replicating page for new members to track commissions and a back office area for emailing downline and a forum area please submit additional price
