Description: I need a www.seemydata.com clone but better looking and a few extra features. You can keep the backend mysql if you want but the master data will be pulled from a MS sql server on a daily basis.

This site hold tenant info for many landlords. Each land lord will have between 5000-30000 tenants. I am looking for long term support and product development. No individuals. Only companies considered.

You will be expected to sign a non disclosure and no money up front. I will escrow funds and when i see good progress on the site i will release funds. I am looking for a company that can provide fast turn around and handle my many future projects.
