i am looking for a vbulletin expert that can fix a simply issue on my site

Pleas take a look at the issue first
I am reporting me members not able to download tutorials on my site

Issue is that users can’t download if they have ie 7 or firfox I need somebody that is really good with vbulleting to fix this issue
