Description

Need someone who is familiar with the USPS regulations as far as creating barcodes. I need a scan program to scan package and print label as well as program to keep track of all the tracking, like date time location package receied dropped at usps delivered, and more. please respond if you know the gs128 and are familiar with this time of thing.
