Description

I have one page sale website. I need the content of the website changed, one form added to the website (simple form name and email) and a thank you page added to the website.

I will provide you the existing website and content for the home page and thank you page. You may need to do slight adjustment in the template.

You will also design a simple paypal form for my other website. Where user will fill in their name, email, phone, comments, amount to pay and then click on pay button. The form will automatically calculate the payment amount plus 3.5% paypal fees and user can pay that total amount via paypal.


I will give you 30$ for both these jobs. You must know php and dream weaver.
