Description: Peer to Peer lending and money exhange site similar to Prosper.com. This site will be strictly for the general public. Other than the target audience the function will be almost 100%.

Project needs to be completed in 4 stages. Stage 1. 10%, Stage 2 and 3 40% and the remaining 50% for stage 4.

1. Website design (2 weeks.)
2. Project creation (2 months)
3. Beta testing (2 months)
4. Launch (1 month)

You need proof of designing a social networking website with google translator so that the website can be viewed in several languages in the, arabic, russian and english. We are looking for designers and developers for a long term relationship. PMB me with your company website, portfolio links, and a FIXED PRICE BID for the project.

If you do not sign NON disclosure Agreement and agree with the PAYMENT TERMS, do not bid on this project. If you can not commit to the time scales do not bid on this project.
