Description: Hi, looking for someone to create a webpanel using googlemaps api.

This is for the tracking (both live and history) of gps devices.

The system needs to be able to :

* store locations for each device which is attached to a user of the panel in a database

*full manegment of users in this database

*the ability to move users from one "instance" of this system to another

*display results using google maps api and using there new ajax compent to update live as the deive information comes in for each user.

* USers to control multiple devices and to add devices themseleves to their panel

*security is important and must have full logging ability

* Has to look very pro and slick.
