Description

We need a wise and experienced developer, well versed and extensive experience with MySQL (or other) and web application languages (e.g. Ruby, Flash, PHP or other as recommended) to help write the detailed requirements for our software project.

The system will implement a typical web application setup using 3 tiers (browser [IE], engine [PHP, Ruby etc.] and database [MySQL or other]

The exact nature of the system will be disclosed only after we choose you, and you sign an NDA. But the details aren't of much importance in terms of the scope of the work:


We will send you the outline of the purpose and specific functional requirements of the system and then you will have to ask all the questions to allow nailing down the requirements. We will call you over the phone (or voip) or meet, should you reside locally, for as long as reasonably needed, and finally expect a professional, eloquent document covering all the necessary aspects so that we may utilize said document to bid the actual project piece. This project is being first offered to coders of interest in our local. It is our hope that one of these skilled individuals will be able and willing to bid the final project.

• are willing to put a seller's guarantee deposit of %25 of the bid amount

This is a time sensitive job, we'd like to quickly choose a coder and will be very strict with the deadline.
