Description

I need a clone of www.caymanbeachcondo.com.
we want to charge the condo owner to place his ad on this site. you must be able to create an easy way for the owner to do this. How we could make sure the site is known by the vacation traveller and the condo owner(by seo or by spidering the other sites that list condos).
Suggestions are welcomed.
Please bid low for the project as we have limited budget for the project.
I will prefer freelancers and not mediators or big company.
