build parts searching website

Hi, I need a website to search electronic parts from a list of 25 websites (similar to: [login to view URL]). Also I need a simple user management function.

Language supported Chinese and English. (not too much text)

website style should be simple and elegant with a few tabs (menu) on the top. (style similar to [login to view URL])

When a user enter a full or partial manufacturer's P/N, it should check against all provided website, then return desired results in an organized format. Each website will have different data structure, hence you should arrange content neatly.

There are three type of users: anonymous users, login users and admin

anonymous user will see maximum 5 out of all matched sources (randomly selected). Key results include

1. matched distributor's company name

2. P/N

3. product picture (if available)

4. product descriptions

5. rohs compliant

6. inventory/available for sale

7. datasheet link

8. a link to inquiry (sent to us).

9. post buying leads

User should be given option to register to view detailed information.

Registered/logged-in user should see maximum 10 available sources (randomly selected), plus

1. price-break

2. distributor's product link.

Admin should be able to see all available information.

At the end of each result, two functions should be included:

1. a simple share function allowing users to share with others

2. click to send us inquiry form. User's info and product info will be pre-filled automatically (if registered and logged in).

A google adsense window should neatly displayed on the right

Display top searched P/N on the top left side based on user searched.

All manufacturers' information associated with these P/Ns be listed below left side.

Allow log-in user to edit/submit manufacturer's information including website, brand, and select pre-defined product lines. This function should be designed to prevent user deliberately delete information (maybe through limiting the number of info submitted by IP address, say total 7 times a week).

Code should be robust, clearly structured and easy for future maintenance and upgrade. You must also be reliable, dependable, and responsive. Do not bid if you cannot commit to working on this project daily until what you have bid for is completed.
