Description

Need to code a very simple site
How it works:
The user selects an mp3 from site. From our site the user is able to send to The Victim (their friend) an e-mail with a link back to our site where the content they selected plays instantly in a Flash player. All graphics and Flash will be provided. The d-base which controls the content will need to be set up with content admin system to manage the mp3s. Please review all attached.
The cap for budget for this project is $300 USD.
