Description

I'm looking for a freelancer to develop attractive 10 Wordpress themes and 10 blogger themes. The themes should be very attractive and appealing. We will prefer themes developed on web hosting, web design, finance, auto, etc.. segments.

We will retain 100% ownership and reselling rights.

I'm not willing to pay anything more than $25 per theme.
