I need this widget customized

Currently we have to manually enter the keywords in the configuration. I need it customized so that it gets the keyword from the page source or the post tags.

2nd I need the trackback or pingback sending plugin so it will search the relative blog posts based on the tags and than send a trackback to that post to get a linkback.

Let me know if this is possible. what is your rates for both or any of the task.
