Description

I need one wordpress themes designed.

The theme would need be two column like that. http://www.blog.kpoweb.com/

One column for articles and posts. The other small column will have space for google ads, a small request a quote form (that will email me if somebody submit the form), it will have space for featured articles, categories, arcives and space for external website links.

I will have the rights for the theme. My budget is 30$, more detail on PMB
