Description

I am looking for a coder who has specific experience with setting up a WordPress blog and with integrating it to backend systems. Please describe your WordPress integration experience and answer the following questions:

1) What is your understanding of blog and ping?
2) Can you briefly describe the process and timeframe it will take you to set up a WordPress blog?
3) Do you have experience with anti-spam blog plugins?
4) Would you know how to set a backend system that only allows certain users to blog on the site? Please elaborate.
5) Do you know how to set up a WordPress blog using PHP and mySQL on a Windows Server using IIS and ASP? Have you done this before?
