Description

The website aim is to provide the public with the facility to search for arts groups and clubs that they can take part in.

WEBSITE FUNCTIONALITY:
* Homepage (CMS/area to add news/updates)
* Searchable database (Homepage)
* Admin can simply add new groups/clubs etc that have been submitted by email(CMS)
* group/club/organisation submissions form/page (email form)
* RSS to feed database entries
* Microblog on homepage (Shoutbox / twitter style)
* Searchable by keyword or postcode +/- miles
* Links/contact page (CMS)
* Latest group displays on homepage from last DB entry
* Featured Website/Group area on homepage (CMS)
* Login facility for Arts group/club/organisation to submit groups / manage group information
* Mailing list /newsletter facility for registered members

This is a proof of concept and will be restricted to 1 UK region initialy for feedback, if the project takes off there may be a lot more future work for the bidder and a higher budget.

The bidder will host there own example/demo/analysis of the website for testing and then install on my host (Godaddy) when final version is agreed.
