Hello Providers,

We have begged a large contract for making a new all in one website for a Big Private University in India.

They are running courses such as MBA, MCA, BE, and many more

They want us to create a very comprehensive website which is great on graphics and very rich on features

Features such as student login and what all can be the facilities inside thee student area

Teachers can login, Parents can login and the stuff inside their loggedin area

Also, need SMS integration for sending notifications, google maps integration to let the visitors easily locate it and so on

We ourselves are a great team in PHP coding and we plan to code all functionalities ourselves.

But first thing what we need is a great looking GUI from a company or indvidual who either must have done a website for an Indian university/ Institute earlier or atleast knows what is involved.

If you are willing to apply this project, please remember 3 things

1. It is an urgent requirement and once selected you will have to provide the entire site template within 3 weeks, so that we can code and integrate PHPs in it. We have to submit the finished project by 31st March, 09

2. The sole key in our selection process will be that how much time you give in submitting your proposal. We suggest you to study other Indian private Universities web sites, such as Amity University or many other and then submit a comprehensive proposal so as to what all will you provide in different areas of this site and what all you plan for the GUI

3. It will be an added advantage if you have some institutions or universities sites made in your portfolio

A NDA will need to be signed before start of project. All payments will be escrowed before start of project, but no monies will be released from escrow until completion of work.

I AM SORRY TO USE BOLD LETTERS, IT SOUNDS SO YELLING, BUT I WISH TO EMPHASIZE TO ALL THOSE BIDDERS WHO ARE JUST POSTING THERE STOCK BIDS WITH LONG PORTFOLIOS, THAT, WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SUCH BIDS AT ALL

We are looking for a complete proposal, covering what all knowledge do you have about a university site.

Please provide a document detailing, what all you propose to provide in this website in different user areas for example, open site, students login, teachers login, Parents login and so on

Another Info: If there are some providers who can deliver complete site including PHP, MySQL coding, rather then just graphic template, we will prefer them
