Should be able to:
Add suppliers quickly and easily
An enquiere can send an email form from within the site to each supplier
Add and manage banners
Track and report on each suppliers traffic
Search this site based on category as well as location
Allow each supplier to have a page for them to showcase products, this page should in a template format.
A forum where people can register and post in
Disply adsense ads.

The website needs to be search engine friendly and be optimised for Keywords as well as other SEO considerations.
