Description:	I would like a website to sell 2-3 downloadable software products. I would like it to have the following functions: A shopping cart feature that links into the Regnow.com system. I use Armadillo to protect my software. So it will work with a www.regnow.com account. A user tracker / stats A simple members area that once the user buys they get a username and password and can download new versions, for one year. I should be alearted of users that purchased 9 months ago. A private help forum for help requests for members only A contact form with security image / Captcha's I would like the site to be in a simple CMS so I can edit pages and add remove sections The site should be SEO compliant / spider friendly I will supply all site copy. The regnow account details (not the regnow code) The site logo and some icons You should supply all code Any other graphics needed to make the site look good At completion of your work I should be able to buy a copy of the software from the site you build. Lodge a help request Contact me at a set email address from the contact page See who has visited the site / how many hits per day See who purchased software within the last year Easily change the page copy / add a new section to the site Please PM me for a list of sites I like. Please include some sites you have coded that include a shopping cart and graphics you have supplied. Experience with regnow.com is a plus. I would want updates and ongoing support (at extra fees). My terms are: 1: Complete and fully-functional website as well as complete source code of all work done. 2: Short weekly written updates on your progress and ETA. 3: If I do not hear from you for 2 weeks the project is canceled with no payment. 4: 50% in escrow when you begin. 5: You create a working copy, I test it for 5 days. Supply you a list of issues, pay 50%. 6: You fix the issues. I test for 5 days. 7: If all is correct I pay the remaining 50% 8: You can host the site on your server during testing 9: When we agree that the site is final. I pay you in full and you upload to my server and ensure all is working. 10: If you need extra time that is ok but you must let me know in advance of any agreed deadlines.
