Description
I need a tool/site developed that will allow for someone to submit a sentence such as "This is Todd's Video" and have a video that is already stored on the server watermarked with "This is Todd's Video" then stored as a new copy of the original video.I'm not 100% sure how this is going to be implemented. There may need to be a program that resides on the server doing the rendering in the background, if so its fine to use some software that already exists for the backend.
If a higher budget is required let me know and we'll see what we can work out.

(ALSO if you know of open source software that already exists to do this I will pay for that information)
