1. Ability to offer multiple surveys, like this site.
2. Questions and responses driven off a simple text file table saved on the site, that I can easily edit and modify
3. Answer to survey also in a simple text file table on the server, that I can easily edit and modify
4. Capture of participant e-mail address, logged to file on server
5. Widget that shows total number of hits as a counter
