Description

I am seeking someone to build a video guest book application for weddings and the like. This is not a website development project. This is stand alone kiosk application. It can be built off web technologies but please understand you are being asked for a traditional website.

-ideally this should run on a iMAC.
-video acquisition will be via internal webcam but administrator should have the ability to chose any direct X video source attached to the machine i.e. firewire external camera
-users will find themselves in a pre-populated list of guests
-users chose their name
-users will be shown themselves on screen to line-up in the cameras view
-when they are ready to record the camera feed goes away
-users have only two choices: record and re-record, no review is desired
-an admin console should be available to the admin to create an event and guest list.
-all videos should be recorded at full resolution and also automatically converted to ipod format
-basic html interface that can be edited and changed by my programmers with some ease.
-requires ability to upload 'template' looks for interface
-admin console must have ability to select template on a per event basis.
-to be clear, this is not a website I am looking to have made. i am looking for a standalone kiosk application not unlike these:
