Hi

I am looking for a very competent designer/programmer to build a website for a new company for which i am forming.

The business will be to start, solely an online entity, therefore a very good grasp of onsite optimization will be required, because i want not only a great looking website, but also a site that is already optimized onsite, i.e, well written code, validated pages etc etc etc..... this is because after link building etc, the site must rank well in the search engines, i have a website business at present so therefore know what is required and what i want !

OK, next, the business will be a Real Estate Agency, selling and renting a wide variety of property, houses, condominiums, bungalows etc, and the property will be Property in Thailand, SE Asia, I am British !

I will probably be wanting the site to be built in .asp, and with a database for easy editing, and email storage and online newsletters etc. although i am open to suggestions on this from experienced people who know what they are talking about.

This project will only be awarded to someone who has a proven track record of building high quality, successfully proven websites, please no amateurs !!!

For people who would like to bid for this project please pm me with a detailed plan on how this site would be prepared for and built, and ask any questions you would like, also i will pm you the list of a few already established websites of this type so you have a better idea of what i am looking for, because these sites are similar to how i would like my new site to look and operate.

I would also like the successful bidder to design me a mock up of the website that you would be building for me.

I look forward to hearing from people who are interested in completing this project for me from start to finish !

P.S This project is not super urgent and i am looking for completion within about a month, maybe 6 weeks.
