Description

We are looking for a telecom management system that is web based and allows for 4 different levels of hierarchy views of the information, multiple companies, locations and services.

The telecom management system would contain 3 key applications that are tied together. The first is a comprehensive inventory system that includes equipment, circuits all the way down to voice features. Bid as though every telecom element known for voice, WAN, and Internet need to be included for multiple enterprises and locations within those enterprises. The second application is an order entry system that acts as a workflow engine for ordering voice, WAN and Internet services and equipment, and automatically updates the inventory as services are moved, added, changed or disconnected. The third application is a telecom expense management system that reconciles invoice information downloaded or scanned in from a carrier to the inventory system, as well as the core analytics built into the applications. The overall program should have a comprehensive reporting tool that allows for 30 standard reports on inventory, order activity and expense trending and overviews by company, site and service, as well as vendor.

This project should be completed within 3 months.
