Description: PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BID

We would like a complete, fully working clone of www.telebid.com.

We are on a very tight deadline and would require a fully tested and working version by the end of April.

The full design spec will be provided on request, but be aware we want additional features added to our site that are not on the telebid one.

We have had problems in the past with poor communicators so we ONLY want people who are EXCELLENT communicators and are prepared to chat on MSN Messenger or Yahoo Messenger often to discuss progress.
