Hello,

We want to have below functionality on our website:
- User should be able to upload contact numbers from their mobile to website
- User should be able to download contact numbers from website to mobile.

We want a script for this functionality.

- You don’t need to develop the whole site. You need to develop only this functionality.
- This functionality should be developed using SyncML. It should use only open source utilities (no paid utilities).
- It should be developed for windows server
- Should be compatible with either php or aspx.

Please let me know if more details are required.
