Description: I need a website designed. It will have a basic informational front end, with information and an FAQ. It will have a user signup / login feature. Upon signing up a subdomain will be created. http://username.mydomain.com The user will be able to customize a header with a single picture and message. The header will display in a 110 pixel or so frame above the main frame which will load www.externaldomain.com/username

For those interested I can forward the url of a visual and semi-functional mockup via the PMB.
