Description:	For this project, we need someone with expertise in the mobile realm. We have ringtones that we would like to deliver to paying customers. We are using Bango.com for payment (unless you have a better solution). After the user selects a ringtone, they are sent a text which links them to Bango for payment. After which, they are given a link to our mobile site for download. We need a script that analyzes what mobile browser they are using (which determines the type of phone they are using) and then displays and delivers a properly formatted audio file (I already have all the possible formats). It would be nice if there were some security features added like limited download time or encryption. Obviously, you would need some kind of "mobile browser with mobile phone pairing" list in order to determine the aforementioned. PM with questions and/or specific thoughts on this project. We are more likely to choose you if you have specific ideas. Budget is open to negotiation...so if you feel that it would require more than 750$ let us know.
