Description: Hi,

I have detailed my project requirements on a website which can be found at www.cpintranet.co.uk/epc

I have also attached a supporting document that may assist in understanding the project. Whoever bids on my project must have the ability to deliver the finished project to me within 2 weeks.

Essentially this project is a reverse bidding style auction where people order a service and workers bid for the work. There are various admin requirements, login / authentication requirements, registration requirements and a shopping cart allowing people to skip the bidding processd and move straight to ordering the product at the full price.

I would prefer .net with ms sql but would settle for a quick php with mysql version if it meant getting delivery quicker. I will then have the asp.net version developed at a later stage when I have time.
