Description:	Hello, I need a basic script which will avoid visitors from who have visited the site (A) to visit the site (B). Here is how it will work: 1- The script will save all the IP addresses who entered in site A in a DB. 2- The second part of the script which will be put in site B will track and compare the visitors entering the site to the DB of the site A. If the IP matches, then the visitor will be redirected to a specific page. The site B should not load if the visitor has already visited the site A. I should be able to put my IP address in a whitelist so I can visit both sites. The system should work fast please. The system should include a basic admin panel to display the number of IP addresses, the number of rejected visitors etc... There should also be a RESET DB button to delete all registered IP addresses. The system should be able to handle more than just 1 site. I mean that I may need to use that system for a site (C). The visitors who have entered the sites (A) and (B) will not be able to access site (C). And so on... Please specify if you plan to do it in ASP or PHP. The payment will be done by GAF Escrow only.
