Hello. I need someone to develop a delivery site for me. The site must have a database with restaurants.

Users must log in, and be able to search the restaurant by zone. Each restaurant will have it's own menu (which the will be able to update their self) and users will have the possibility of placing an online order, calling the restaurant with skype, or with a regular phone.
The site must send an email to the restaurant when a order is placed, and have a system able to check if the restaurant received the order. if it didn't receive it, re send it.

When a user places an order by mail, he must be able to set the order time, and add a list of people (coworkers) to add their order. He will place their email addresses. Once he sends his order, an email will be sent to these coworkers telling them that the someone from their office placed and order in a restaurant and that they can add their own order to his order.

The mail will contain the menu and a time frame (calculated according to the order time) in which they are able to add their order. In order to place their order, they just have to choose what do they want from the menu, write their name and press a button in the email that will add the order. Once the time period is over, all the orders placed from that office will be sent to the restaurant.

This must be a graphically attractive site. We will require to see the templates for the design, before you work on the back end of it.
Time is not a big problem, but I need a very professinoal work. anyone who can show me a similar development will have an advantage. Porfolio is a must in order to have any chance.

I have several projects on hold, once this works, more work is programmed as long as you provide a great work.
