Description:	PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE EXAMPLES OF SOFTWARE YOU HAVE BUILT. I'm interested in building a software that is comparible to ezshowings.com, but not as many features. The software will automatically send showing instructions to the potential buyers so they can see the property, and do follow up emails to get feedback on what the buyers thought about the property. My first phase, I want it to be an individual use web based program. Then in phase 2 I want an entire office to be able to use the software with multiple agents under 1 account. In order for me to choose you, you have to have experience in building software that is comapible to this and have an example you can show me. You must have skype so we can communicate via talking. You must also go through the powerpoint .pdf and see the software illustrations. The goal is to automate showing homes by allowing people to get access to the information right away. Then to track the results of those showings to have good feedback in knowing how to price the home. There are other important features like auto emails to notify the sellers when feedbak is given, notify the Realtor when someone inquires about a property. The goal is to have a web page with a list of all homes that someone can go see. When they click on the picture or address, they have to fill out a form to identify who they are, and based on how that account is set up, it will automatically send them showing instructions for the home. And follow up with them to get feedback, and then automatically put that feedback into graphs and charts to be easily read by the Realtor and seller. Additional files submitted: Showing Software.pdf
