RSS Feed Brief

- setup an rss feed in pipes.yahaoo.

- credit a generic rss feed with titles and links
This feed must be to editable and duplicated by us.

- RSS feed to be used in email format.
Please advise best suited language for email rss.

- setup rss email script to add into email format (html).

- Very important must be able to edit rss feed at any time.

There would be 1 RSS feed which we would need to edit/change the content at any time.
The email script will not change.
