Description

We have a client with a site on GoDaddy. We need a a monitored facility essentially like a guestbook which we will call the "quotes page" here.

The quotes page is to allow the visitors to submit quotes, poems, ideas - even images. All submissions will be subject to the monitoring by our client. We believe the quotes page can be in PHP or some MS database coding such as .Net or ASP.

Upon approval by the client using a webpage admin function, the quotes page will publish the quote, poem or image.

The following input fields will be required:

1. firstname
2. lastname
3. affiliation (school, employer, etc.)
4. textbox for quote, idea, etc.
5. email address of
a. submitter
b. any other person
6. upload facility for image
a. pop-up to allow upload to occur
b. title of image
c. check box to state, "I have the unqualified right to publish this image."
d. uploads could be gif, ping, png, bmp, etc.
e. upload size will be scaled to no more than 640 X 480
7. Upon submission, an email will be sent to designated admin email address notifying that a quote is waiting for approval. Upon approval and posting an email will be sent to all addresses entered in 5, above, and all who have previously submitted
8. Facility on admin panel to remove any published material subsequently found to be offensive in some manner such as stolen image or plagiarized quote.
9. Bidder will provide the pages necessary in a separate folder on site that will be link-to from all main pages (seven). Each page will have two includes that consist of a topnavbar and a bottomnavbar that now exist on the site; further, each of the pages (including admin functions) will have the same style as the existing site.
10. After 20 quotes, comments or images are published, the next will spawn a new page. All quotes pages will be indexed at the top, and bottom, in a format such as: 1 2 3 4 ... etc.

PLEASE NOTE: If you believe that the above 10 items can be improved upon we are open to your suggestions.

11. A MySql database will be employed that you will create and map to the quotes page.
12. You will work with Crown SEO, Ltd. to insert our optimized text on the public quotes webpage including meta tags that we will supply. Thus, no SEO work is necessary, only coding.

A pre-existing script, or scripts, can be used. Successful bidder must guarantee functionality of work for 12 months.

The accepted bid will be for $100.00 or less.
