Description

Looking for a clone of notcot .org

clone would allow users to upload links and descriptions via a similar form, which would go into a "pool" for moderation and approval.

once approved the link would be added to the homepage along with a rating system, which would allow users to rate the quality of the submission.

there should be a registration system, login system, and favorites system which would simply save any item via mysql or such.

there would also be a button to report a link as dead which would go into a pool for moderation, if the link no longer works then an admin user would have the ability to edit or delete the instance.

in summary -

ability to post a picture, or grab a picture via a link and upload to site

ability to submit links into moderation pool

ability for admins to edit and delete links

register/login system

favorites system
