Description

Hi,

We have recently launched a website. We need some to make the inquiry form at our website working. Currently our inquiry form is not working. We have total three forms which are given below:
- Get Quote Form
- Order form
- Contact us form.

I need that anyone fills up the above form at my website, then I should get an email.

Our hosting server is godaddy and it supports both asp & php language.

we need to get this work done as soon as possible.

Budget: Below 30$.

Successful candidate will get all our future projects for same work without any projects posting. So, this would be long term.
