Hello, I need a Script to Extract Phone numbers from 100's or 1000's of log files, the format of the phone number is 17803811201. They must be automatically exported into a CSV file, ignoring duplicates and placed in the following format

17803811291,
12912988912,
12313214131,

I've attached some examples of the log files.
