Hello,
i have gallery submittion site www.3ds.az, i want to make some minor changes and additions. this site is not builded on ready cms like joomla etc, originally programmed in php. so the one who will do the changes shall manage the codes that other programmer has written.

The changes are:

1 - there arev two tabs in the http://www.3ds.az/gallery section, i would like to add one more tab. this tab will contain submitted images too, but the ones which i will choose, i mean this tabb will contain the images that i will choose from submitted images, these tab will be for "featured" images. (the choosen) images will appear in normal gallery too). And the featured imasges will be shortlisted in the main page too.

2 - please click to any image, the comments are simple texts, i would like to add some features to comments, e.g. when some one will write an addres of a website it will appear as link, or when some one will write ":)" it will appear as smiley etc. hope you got me

3 - gallery accepts only images, but i would like to add video feature, not uploading video but EMBEDDING from youtube etc.

P.S. no escrow, no paymnent in advance, my last project took 3 months to be finished, which would take only a week or two.
