Description

We are seeking online ticketing system software which will enable customers to purchase concert tickets directly from our website for a series of approx. 6 -10 orchestral concerts per year which our non profit organization presents each year from up to 3 different performance venues. Must cater for both reserved single tickets with several different pricing sections per venue, a 4 concert subscription series plus unreserved seating at selected concerts. Administrator must also of course be able to take phone or mail bookings and would be responsible for all ticket printing and issuing (posting) of tickets.
Online payments to be made by credit card via payment gateway and merchant acc.
Ideally we would prefer an off the shelf system if available that has been developed for others which may need some modifications to suit our particular needs.
. We are prepared to consider any “off the shelf” system which is available which may not have exactly these features. MySQL database , PHP or ASP would be our expectation of operating system used.
For admin side we want something with the ease of use, simplicity and functionality of the ticketing system offered by http://www.nortechsoftware.co.uk/ but with online ticket purchasing capabilities.
