Description: This is my 2nd Time posting this project. I have the full docu for qualify bidders.

An online flash based audio & Video recorder, player embedded into a web page that record from user's mic. (similar like instant audio dot com) The audio file need

to store in the website and have playback function. The programming side will be in ASP.NET . The server must buffer/stream voice in real time. Programmer need to let me know how they plan to accomplish this task. There shall be 2 main features.

1) The component should have 2 modes: PLAYBACK, RECORDING
The recording function: RECORD, STOP, SAVE, CANCEL
The playback function: PLAY/PAUSE, FF, REW, STOP, VOLUME BAR

and

2) Attach .mp3 file & upload to converts into playback flash player.
