Description:	HI, We are looking for a elegant and professional looking car classified site to be designed. We are not looking for a template look and feel, but something that stands out from the rest and is easy to use yet as all the features of autotrader. Let us know in detail what car related site you have designed, th link to the site. If there are a few sites that you think we may like and you would like to use as reference do send us the link to the site or a screenshot. Users would be able to have either a free account to post a basic ad or 2 diff paid accounts allowing pictures and chat ability. So payment gateway like paypal, authorize and another local gateway would need to be done. Site needs to be designed to allow admin to modify things easily without having any programming expertise so a great CMS on the back end will be needed. Let us know what language you will design the site in. Bid that do not include the above will not be considered. If your bid is higher then the range or lower then the range let us know.
