Ok this is what I need done.

First I need Login page with just a username and login, also on this page I want a link to open up the admin panel called open administration.

Here I need the main guts of the database.
It needs to be able to add new users. Under the add new users I will need to be able to input types like these. I always want administrators to be able to add/change users everyone else will not be able to.
Add New User. (drop down list of users, edit/add/remove user then click to go to profile.)
Set permission: Administrator, Cash Member, Cash Representative, New cash member
Under add User
I need to have these files
Username
Password
New password(type, retype)
Real Name
Company
Company Slogan
Company Description
Office Phone
Cell Phone
Other Phone
Email
Website
Member Permission(select one of the about permissions.)
Send Article Announcements
(do you want to receive email when comments are post to your bulletin entries.)
Manage User Groups
Drop down list of groups. Select edit/add/remove user groups.
Select group
These options come up
Will group be able to post articles: yes/no
Will group be able to upload media: yes/no
Will group be able to add to member list: yes/no
Will group be able to add newsletters: yes/no
Will group be able to post entries on bulletin: yes/no
Will group be able to edit other users entries into bulletin: yes/no
Will groups be able to edit other users articles: yes/no
Will group be able to mass mail: yes/no
Will group be able to mail leads: yes/no
Will group be able to see all leads inputted and mailed: yes/no
