There are actually five distinct income streams in the Income Strategy. First, you’ll receive a one-time $100 referral bonus for each new customer/representative you sponsor. With the incredible power of the internet at their disposal, many of our representatives earn hundreds of dollars within days, sometimes within hours. The compensation plan is based on a simple two-team concept; a left team and a right team, with unlimited depth. Your goal as a new representative is to maintain 139 US dollars in personal sales volume each month and to sponsor at least one new representative onto each of your two teams who does the same. When you’ve done that, you’ll be promoted to Independent Sales Manager. At the end of each weekly pay period, the computer will count the total sales volume on your left and right teams. For every $300 in sales volume you accumulate on the weaker team and $600 on the stronger team, you’ll earn a cycle bonus of $60. You may cycle as many times as you like each pay period, right up to our very generous cap of $25,000 per week. Compensation Plan $100 Referral Bonus Paid for each new active customer/independent representative you sponsor Cycle Bonus $60 paid for each $300 in sales volume on weaker team and $600 in sales volume on stronger team; up to $25,000 per week 20% Matching Bonus Paid to Gold level representatives and above. As you sponsor new representatives into your organization, you’ll begin climbing our leadership ladder. When you’ve sponsored your first new representative, you’ll be recognized as a Bronze Leader. When you’ve sponsored four and have placed at least one active representative on each leg, you’ll move up to Silver Leader. When you’ve sponsored eight, you’ll become a Gold Leader, and you’ll become eligible for the first of our two leadership bonuses – our Matching Bonus. When you’ve sponsored at least eight representatives into your organization, we’ll add up the cycle bonuses of each and every one and give you 20% of the total. The more you sponsor, the bigger your bonus. But it doesn’t stop there. The pinnacle of the leadership ladder is the Platinum level. When at least 10 of the representatives you’ve sponsored have reached the Bronze level or higher, you’ll achieve Platinum status, and you’ll become eligible for our Car Bonus. You’ll already be receiving the Matching Bonus on all the representatives you sponsored, but now, we’ll take all representatives they’ve sponsored, add up their cycle bonuses, and give you 20% of that total as well – up to $10,000 US per month for the car of your choice.
