Lead Management Script

I'm looking for anyone that has a ready-made Lead Management Script / Lead Management System.

Required:
* Detailed description of the software
* Demo of the front- and backend of software
* Confirmation that I can use the script in any way I like if I buy it from you.
* Is the script your creation and can you modify it if I want to hire you to do so?

Considerations:
* Bad feedback = Don't bid
* No prepayment...ever...so don't ask
* GAF escrow with release upon successfully completing the project to my satisfaction.

I have developed a CRM as there module i have developed Lead Management as well. written C# ,ASP.NET 2.0 ,SQL SERVER 2005. This CRM will imports contacts as leads from Windows Mobile as well as from outlook 2003 and outlook 2007.
