Description

Hello !

I'm looking for developers to put together an online lottery system. Customers should pay with credit cards and any other payment options.

Sample sites:
http://www.trillonario.com
http://www.lotojuegos.com

Must have all Features from these sites with a new design. Should have a built in Security and Fraud Prevention System and a fully functional Admin Panel. The website has to be made in Spanish language.

We will also consider the option of find a freelancer to help design the website for a percentage of the revenues.
