This Post is for an initial contact and a budget.

The budget is for an online casino, initially Poker, but more games in the future.

this casino will run outside the US, and will be for players outside the US.

1)we are looking for a software that will take care of the bids and charging the users for the use of the table.

the software has to accept payments to buy credit, with a cc.

I am looking for someone that has done this before, and knows one or different softwares that can fit the project and know how to modify it to our specific needs.

we also need the software to be in Spanish.

basically we are trying to know what it will take to start this project.
how this will be achieved, how much money it will take and how long it will take.

and we are trying to do it the cheapest as possible.

please BID only if you have worked with online casinos, or know about the software that can achieve this.

there isn't any money involved on this project itself, but initial contact for the development of this.

The budget selected for this project it is just a place holder, since what I am trying to find out is how much it will cost to setup an online casino.
